OUR SPIRITS is a training and lifestyle apparel brand that creates community, builds character, and inspires artistry.

We exist for the benefit of children. We believe the art of grappling (wrestling, NoGi Jiu Jitsu, submission grappling, etc.) can profoundly impact the physical, mental and spiritual health of our youth; instilling in them courage, creativity, and compassion.

By partnering with jiu jitsu academies and wrestling clubs, we provide mentorship, training and community to underestimated youth.
